Our roastery
We roast it ourselves, here in Lisbon.
Since 2024 every bag starts in our own roastery in Lisbon. We source coffee from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda and beyond through exporters and importers we work with season after season — and roast in small batches, every week.

Chosen lot by lot
Seasonal harvests and microlots, cupped and picked by us before they reach the roaster.

Roasted weekly
Small batches, profiled for filter, espresso or omni. Packed within three days of roasting.

Poured the same day
What we serve in the cafés is exactly what we sell in the bag. No second-tier blend.

Delicious vegan options! Went here twice during our stay. We had the avocado bread, the vegan kimchi cream cheese bread and the protein oats. Their matcha is not sweetened, so ask for sugar if you prefer it sweeter :) A little disappointing to pay extra to exchange cow's for vegan joghurt. Great service, friendly staff!

I think you should try other local places. Yes, the staff are friendly and the drinks and food are good. The coffee is well-made, and there's a really good barista inside. But as I said, if you're from Europe, the prices aren't exactly the same as in Germany and France... But it's worth it for a good coffee...
