Our roastery
We roast it ourselves, a few streets away.
Since 2024 every bag starts in our own roaster in Lisbon. We buy from producers we know by name — in Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, El Salvador and Rwanda — and roast in small batches, every week.
