Lisboeta: Our first collaboration with DAK Coffee Roasters

We're beyond excited to announce our first collaboration with DAK Coffee Roasters in celebration of The Folks' first anniversary in May 2023! It's been a whole year since we opened our doors, and what is a better way to mark the occasion than to create own limited lot of coffee from Colombia roasted by DAK. It’s called Lisboeta in dedication to people of Lisbon, our everyday lovely guests.

So why did we choose this particular coffee? Our team is passionate about juicy and vibrant coffeethat is not overly fermented. We wanted to offer a coffee that's perfect for daily sipping but also unforgettable in every cup.
