Yep, you read that right. Out of thousands of cafés worldwide, we made it to the list — and we’re beyond proud to put Lisbon on the global coffee map

The energy at Madrid Coffee Fest was insane. Roasters, baristas, café owners, and coffee lovers from across the globe gathered under one roof to share stories, techniques, and of course — lots (and lots) of coffee.

We brought some of our signature beans from Lisbon, hosted cuppings, and shared the love we pour into every brew at our cafés. The response? Heartwarming. From fellow roasters to random visitors, so many people stopped by our stand and told us, "We’ve heard of The Folks — you’re doing something really special."
