Returns and Exchanges

You can cancel any online order by notifying us via the email hey@thefolks.pt

within 14 days of delivery. Please return items in brand new, unused condition,

with all tags and packaging intact. If you need a different size, color, or product,

please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order as per your

requirements.

 

All coffee products and other food items must be returned in a brand new, unused

condition, with unbroken packaging. If the packaging of these products is broken,

you will lose the right to cancel the order.

Return shipment costs are covered within Portugal.

Please note that original order shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

This policy applies solely to private customers.

Follow these steps to return an item

1. Contact us via the online chat and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Details of the product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

2. We will respond within 3 days with return instructions, a return label, and a

return number.

3. Send your return within 30 days of receiving your return label. Pack the items

safely and include a printed note with your RET# inside the parcel. The shipment

remains your responsibility until it is received by us.

4. We will process your return promptly, and refunds are processed within 10

calendar days of receiving your return.

Returned shipments

If your shipment is returned to us due to non-collection or delivery issues, we will

store it for up to one month. If you would like the shipment to be resent, please

contact us. Depending on the circumstances, a reshipment fee may apply to cover

the shipping costs.
