Calma Decaf - Colombia 🇨🇴

A decaf with nothing to apologise for. Calma comes from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, grown from Red & Yellow Caturra, and is decaffeinated with the sugarcane EA method — a natural process using ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane, which takes the caffeine out without taking the flavour with it.

In the cup: almond and panela sweetness, a bright citric lift and a warm touch of clove. Round body, long finish — an espresso for any hour of the day, and especially for the evening.
